Vance hits back at Steve- Fenton chooses eye.

On the front page of the Australian, the other day, was an article on Steve Irwin shutting down Croc hunting in Australia. Flamboyant Steve, at his best, while wrestling crocs at his high profile theme park on the Sunshine Coast is also a strong animal rights advocate too. He allegedly wrote to the pollie in charge, asking that the proposed Croc Hunting Bill be thrown out. While Steve's heart is in the right place, there are others who feel he is not looking at the whole picture, and others downright critical of him. Those against have labelled him a "militant greenie." After speaking with residents in Northern Queensland, they confirmed to me there are nearly too many of the beasts, and even residing in storm water drains. They were still undecided however, about letting in big game hunters in the quest for more tourism dollars.... you can check for yourselves.. here...

"Nobody's poodle" Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf says he is.. yes, again, nobody's poodle. Well imagine that. As soon as you deny you are a poodle, what happens? You become the POODLE. So yes, when I refer to Pervez Musharaf again, it will be poodle, not president. No disrespect intended. He was reacting to reports that he was George Bush's poodle. He, according to his detractors, is waging the war on terrorism for his masters, George and Tony. (US and Britain) In his defence he claims that the fighting against militants on his afghan border "is in Pakistan's interest". However, as you and I all know, politics is a fickle game, when it comes to public relations, but is this criticism warranted? The US may be an ally, or maybe I should say a strategic ally. (I am sure there are some economic advantages to being a friend of the strongest economy in the world.) Gerhardt Schroeder, of Germany won his election because of his Anti American stance (last term, not when angela merkel came to the table though, this time...06 ) Will the Poodle be hampered in next years election because of his ties to Britain and the US? Maybe. Here is the dilemma. Poodle boy ( no disrespect again ) gained the control of the country via a military coup in 1999 and promises free and fair elections. Poodle boy (whoops sorry again- it slipped out) is a man talking about democracy, while dressed in a military uniform. You can get the story on BBC.

China & Afica. Watch this if you can remember to. China has a massive need for resources, and Africa, has massive resourses. Kenya has just signed a deal to provide oil. What is next? Let us watch. I hope to focus on the two in the coming weeks...

Finally.
Going back to the BBq shoppe in rush hour traffic was such a pain in the rear. Getting a speeding ticket by a cocky young policeman named Vance was another event that you wish could be forgotten. Arriving you notice closing time in 5 minutes. Proceeding towards the representitive you are filled with trepidation.

" Uh, excuse me?"
Agitated, "Yes."
" I just bought this cover for my BBq and, well here is the funny thing..."
"Look you may as well come tomorrow, I don't have time for this." He then smiles as though joking and pats you on the back with a smile " Its been a long day, I am just having a laugh." He then starts to escort you towards the door.

At this point do you....

a- freak out and demand your money back.
b- continue outside and meekly go home.
c- assalt the sales rep.
d- continue to state your case in calm measured tones.
e- ask to speak to the manager
f- start taking off your clothes
g- chain yourself to the nearest outdoor patio display
h- cry
i- laugh, then goto option c
j- all of the above, but with a smile.

Fenton investigated.
hope your weekend is a gooooooooooooooooood one!

Warholized. Can you catch the IMPOSTER?

The first question is this. Can you ward off sickness with Warhol? You are being immunized.

The second question is THIS....Would you leave $100,000 dollars in the back seat of your car while you quickly went into the corner store to get a carton of milk and loaf of bread? Seriously. You now have 100 grrr, in bills in your back seat. Would you leave it unattended?

A lady in Pretoria, South Africa, left her baby in the back seat of her idling sedan, as she hopped out and unlocked a gate. An enterprising young man, entertained the notion of acquiring a new car for himself, and acted upon it. Inside a baby, previously undetected was discovered. Police called the thief on the mobile phone, which was also in the car and spoke to the entrepreneur. The baby was dropped off, at a prearranged location to the great relief of the mother; Olga Botha. The car is still missing. While we are here, I will mention a few facts about Pretoria. Nicknamed “Jacaranda City” because of the many, you guessed it, Jacaranda trees. Quite a cool tree too. Pretoria, has the largest number of embassies in the world after Washington DC. And lastly, Church st. is the longest urban street in South Africa, and one of the longest straight streets in the world.

People, the illustrious jacaranda, and church st.

Now I am paraphrasing somewhat, please forgive me it the facts are not presented fluently. A reporter, from the BBC viewed the scene in Israel, of one of the latest bloody suicide bomber attacks. Seeing children, carried away, clinging to life, while others lay dead moved him to seek out additional answers. After checking with contacts, he managed to locate the mother of the bomber. He arrived and interviewed her. According to the woman, she previously had no idea that her son was involved with these kind of individuals. She recalled that her son wanted to be roused early in the day. When she awoke, early, she found him already dressed and about to leave. That was the last time she ever saw him alive. Praising him and loyally supporting his stance she was questioned about the innocents killed deserved to die. Exclaiming that if the rest of the world could see how the Palestinians were oppressed, killed, and taken advantage of they would understand why it was done. She had no remorse or feelings for those killed, but called for awareness and understanding about the plights of the Palestinian people.

I feel a country is defined by its people. Ordinary people. The thoughts of the people on the street are what really, drives the nation. A friend shared the following anecdote with me recently.

He arrived in Egypt (lets call him Mao) and was taken via taxi to his destination. The 24 year old driver was engaged in conversation. He hated the Israelis, and wasn’t all to pleased with the Palestinians either. He postured further, adding that “We showed the Israeli’s in 1973!” This taxi driver wasn’t even alive in 1973, and told my friend that his father fought them and his grandfather previously. So, handed down to this young man, was the assertion that Egypt slaughtered the Israelis in 1973. Not entirely true. However, the common people in Egypt, who have these thoughts passed down from trusted sources, take this as the truth. http://www.onwar.com/aced/data/yankee/yomkippur1973.htm

The three instances above, show interaction between, parent and child. How valuable are our children? Is it important they have guidance from their parents? Is the quality of education important, to help a young person develop? What would Thomson and Thompson think?

ANZAC Day.

ANZAC Day April 25. We remember the thousands of soldiers who died, fighting, today, in Gallipoli, in 1915. The day will start with a dawn service. A tradition started in 1923 and observed in both countries, people gather and solemnly remember those that gave their lives. It is accompanied by silence, candles, and the mournful caress of "The Last Post." Today is not a day to glorify war. It is a day to recall the struggle of a generation of boys, who were lost, because of the conflict in WWI. The Russians, were in a heated and bloody battle in Caucasis, and pleaded with the British to help. In a hastily drawn up plan, the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) were dispatched to the south of Turkey, so the Turkish forces would have to be diverted. It should be noted, that in WWI, New Zealand lost the most, per capita of any country. Australia had the highest casualty rate, of every nation. These boys, landed 1 mile off of their intended destination, onto an impossible location, facing a ready Turkish force. If you can imagine, an 18 year old boy, who had grown up on the farm, and because of the way society was then, he joined the forces. If you didn't join, you were looked down upon, and the feeling was, back then, it was your duty. It was simply expected that if you were old enough, you went. So from little towns, and cities these "men" went. And at the other side, as they leaped off of the boats, they were cut to ribbons. Those that made it to the beach were met with confusion, an almost tangible fear, but mostly the carnal struggle to simply survive for another minute. As they looked up to the cliffs above, they were picked off one by one. But they endured. What is amazing about them, is they were isolated, with the sea behind them, no hope of retreat, the battle in front, but they dug in. The campaign lasted 8 months, while in Britain they argued as to what should be done. These soldiers, have given us something. We are better off today. Why? Simply because, we will no longer trust that we have to go over to a foreign land to sacrifice our lives, without questioning it. We will now, be involved in the process. Because we today, have seen the horrible consequences of war, we can question the judgment of our leaders. We can make better decisions. Australia is worth fighting for. Let's fight for peace.

On another plane, I came across this the other day. Please excuse the language. I thought it worthwhile though. I always have to laugh at a donut related joke. Police and their doughnut shoppes are legendary. An experience the other week was that a COP, turned in front our car suddenly and very nearly caused a serious wreck. It was one of those young hot-shots, who are never wrong.... (yes I am stereotyping, you know the type) The fella, then had the gall to flip an "expression" towards us. This is an officer of the law. I must add, however, that this is an aberration. Every policeperson I have dealt with has been professional and upstanding.... except for this one. I need your help with this one. What should we name him? Names please. This is for BAD cop... not good cop. My first suggestion is.... Vance.

In a gravelly voice he exclaimed... " Hello, mister, my name is (pause) Vaannce! "

http://www.janvonholleben.com/work.html
On another boat, I happen stanced, while tip toeing thru the tannen balms.... across the following artiste/photo guy. You may enjoy his work. It does seem to draw you in. Check out the flying gallery.

And finally.

You, (fill in the name) have bought a nice leather cover for your new 4 burner bbq. After cooking your wonderful creations upon it, you dutifully (after it has cooled down) put the cover back on. Being raised to take care of your things, you feel you have done the right thing. However, on the third day, upon approaching, a gaping hole confronts your eyes. Knowing that the product is shoddy, do you……

a- take the cover back to the shop where you bought it and ask for a new one.
b- Take the cover back to the shop where you bought it and DEMAND a new one.
c- Do nothing
d- Give it to a friend.
e- Throw it in the garbage and leave the 4 burner bbq unprotected from the elements.
f- Throw it in the garbage and go out and buy a new one.
g- Throw it in the garbage and buy a BETTER one.
h- Get sloshed, and think about what your next plan of attack is.
i- Run screaming down the street scantily clad.

Please help me on this one, I just don’t know.

D…dee dee, is for doe, rae, mee.
Decilitre. How much is that?

Angela loves, and stella gets her groove again.

Angela Merkel, (Definitely not pictured left) the Chancellor of Germany, was snapped whilst getting changed into her swimming suit, (from behind) published by the classy British Tabloids. Now she is not a young girl, and she doesn't have the build of a supermodel. However, she is an amazing woman. I would imagine she is acutely embarrassed but she shows her character, by expressing she will not sue, adding that she believes people will condemn the papers instead. Oh the price of fame. A German newspaper exclaimed they would take their frustration out upon the Brits on the football/soccer field. You may want to catch the England vs Germany match, after of course, watching the Aussies..... the World Cup is only 49 days away!

Trivia, extraordinaire..... Oh m-eye goodness, fee fi fo fum, do I have one for you. I have updated the standings again, see my profile (on left)and am interested to see if you can help on THIS one. I will attach a full 10 points on this one, which will lift nearly anyone closer to the grand prize. Congrats to "dadost" for guessing the last one. As mentioned before I will be giving the winner a MASSIVE amount of money, which you can put towards your trip to visit, Canberra. Trust me on this one, it will be well worth it. Seriously. I have a cunning plan.... and no the bank will not be broken, it will be robbed! This one will be a bit subjective because it will also add opinion. Question! Can you tell me who the artiste is of the phone booth below. Is it art? Is it grafitti? This artist is known for sneaking into prestigious art galleries and planting his own painting amongst the big expensive ones... until he is discovered.

" I must say, Jeeves, can you get the name of that paticular piece? It is quite riveting. I may add it to my collec....."

".....Uh sir, that is not art at all, it is a fiend who takes advantage of this beautiful gallery. I am going to have it removed!"

"Aah yes, I was just saying, it is riveting in such a foul way. Yes good, take it away. What common trash."

I like his style. heh heh.

Well, an ode to products. Just like the shirt above,(ain't that kewl) there is food that you love, but your body hates. Contradiction? Cheesecake. You know I LOVE it! ( Raw Sewage... I LOVE IT.- leslie nielson makes me laugh- where that diversion came from I just don't know) Back to the first sentence. I love cake. But alas, my ever expanding pot belly doesn't. Another one is the old adage, that if it tastes like sawdust, it must be good for you. eg. your body loves it, but your taste buds hate it. Now, take this with you today please. Note the sugar levels of products. I used Coke as the standard and was surprised to notice just how much sugar we are consuming. Apple juice, chocolate milk, various health juices, and many more have just as much, or more sugar than good ole Coke. Its funny in a way, that we will try, while waiting in line at the cafe to be a bit more healthy, and instead of choosing that evil sugary drink, we will choose the healthy choice.... which until you read the fine print is actually just as evil. Check er out.

Chankslee, went on a no sugar diet about 8 weeks ago. Alas, he couldn't last, but he will start again, when the chocolate temtations of easter subside. He lost over 4 kgs (9lbs.) He didn't change anything else except the consumption of sugar. To this day, he will still not add sugar to his evil coffee habit.

I found this one fun, hope you did 2

The big N club- members only.

In about 50 days, the entire earth will watch the World Cup 2006, in Germany. I will be following Group F. Not only just to watch the favourite, Brazil(1st), but to watch the underdog, Socceroos of Australia. Ranked a lowly 44th, they are also matched against, Japan(18th) and Croatia(19th). Australia, was captivated by the plucky team, as they qualified in dramatic fashion just a few months ago. If we can even win one game it will be a great, and with some magic we may advance to the next round.... I did say magic. So get behind the team!

I always love a placenta story. Now that freaky weird fella, Tom Cruise, is in the midst of a furor, claiming he ate the placenta, after the silent birth. In some circles the placenta is supposed to be a legitimate way of combating post natal depression. The Mission Impossible star, who is a devout scientologist, evidently has a big appetite. It should also be noted, he was only joking, but the commment got taken out of context, and reported as the real mc coy. He is not the first to dabble in placenta treats. Rod Stewart and Penny, allegedly, took their placenta home, sprinkled it with tea tree oil and buried it in the garden. Now hold on to your lunch. In 1998, a tv host allegedly, fried a placenta with green onions and garlic, then serving it to 20 guests. Wonderful.

Oil, has reached 71 dollars per barrel, they say, because of the tense situation with Iran. I ask you, should Iran be left alone, to do what it wants with nuclear power? Why should they be singled out, and be persecuted because they desire to join the big N club? What do you think? Are they a danger to the rest of the world because of their ambitions? Are they, as I take the words out of Psam's mouth just as likely to harm people as the United States? Subject 2. Have the US done thousands of Kurds a favour by stopping that man, Saddam. It is now revealed he did sign the documents authorizing the slaughter of innocents in a Shia village. Interesting pickie of him eh.

What do ya reckon?

YOU JUST NEVER KNOW, you never know.

I have enjoyed Europe lately so it is now time to go back to America the beautiful. There would be about one or two people who oppose the American foreign policy but one thing has to be said about their national anthem. It is beautiful. It is one of a few that sound absolutely splendid, especially when sung by someone who knows how to sing. I like it anyways. It also has to be said because it isn't said enough, in my opinion, that America is a beautiful country with a wonderful people. They also know how to hold an election.

Have you noticed the latest spin? Well like the fiat, you never are conscious they exist until you own one. Then every time you see one, it jumps out at ya. Well, who are the Democrats going to put in the ring against Condi Rice in the next election? I personally would like to see Kerry have another try. But the Democrats don't seem to give second chances. You will see little snippets about Condoleezza and it will get steadier until the election. What do you know about her now? Let's see. She has a Ph.D in political science. She has sat on the boards of many large corporations, and also to Boys and Girls clubs, supporting education, author of novels, has achieved one of teachings highest awards etc. etc....and is now the Secretary of State. Impressive. She is a strong advocate of the right to bear arms, and especially since she has been exposed to the KKK night riders, and racism as a daily part of her life it seems she is justified. At eight her friend was killed as a result of racism. She has seen adversity and has turned it into her pet. She is the perfect story. A black woman, only daughter to the Minister and the Music teacher, high achiever, and potentially the first woman President. I urge you to read the following link--
She is an excellent choice.

one slight problem.

"I don't know how many ways to tell people that I have no interest in being a candidate for anything. ... No." Dr. Rice has exclaimed time and time again. We will see. Time will tell. To coin the phrase of a great friend of mine, you never know.

Briefly, I noticed, probably belatedly, that the Canadian Prime Minister plans to reduce the GST tax, currently at 7%. Sounds good to me. For those of you unsure of who to follow or cheer for in the World Cup in June.... Australia has qualified, so lets pull for them. Unfortunately they are in the same division as Brasil.

Good Day, happy easter..... i had a good one... chanks.

Speak softly but carry a big stick

Italy. I love a good fight. And it was a fight. The flashy billionaire (Berlusconi) versus a quiet professor. A heated mud slinging, insult throwing, scandal plagued dust up, in which Romano Prodi, (the challenger) has emerged victorious. But did the Italian people win? http://newsforums.bbc.co.uk/nol/thread.jspa?threadID=1497&&&edition=2&ttl=20060412013200 Does the government represent the people? Are the people governing, or are they being governed? I sense a feeling of helplessness, where the changes needed, will be side tracked by bitter fighting between the parties, paralyzing the country. One Italian, lamented with vigour, and suggested suicide was the answer, if the faint hope he felt for the future of his country expired. ( I think the comment got deleted, as I could not find it 24 hrs later ) It seems there is a widening gap between the classes, and the common people feel they are being left out of the process. Time will tell.
Can the people demand change? Will it happen if they cry loud enough if they push, and refuse to concede, to a government which is deaf?

yes.

France. The proletariat, ignored, helpless, desperate, and kicked once again by a government who said they knew best, rebelled. In a stunning display of civil disobedience, the common people fought back with vicious, unadulterated anger. Taking to the streets by the tens of thousands, the masses of disillusioned demanded change. And they got it. Dominique de Villepin (prime minister) withdrew the youth labour law, and humbly conceded on national television. It is appalling the government was so out of touch, so arrogant, so clueless, that there were any riots. The times we are living in now, are hard enough, but are made even harder when those of the ruling generation fail to see, and fail to remember what it means to struggle. What do we do?

Chankslee.

Education, the meaning and lost translation of.......

Alright so I was given some enlightening into the ways of Education and the English language last night and it surprised me. To think that as a society we have advanced so far in comparisson to our past and our histroy but yet we seem to have back slid in so many other areas of life, that I wonder if the advancements are even worth it. I'll leave that up to you the reader and the individual to decide.

So the *sesame* word for today boys and girls is infact Educate as well as Education.

Now really you must wonder how this word, that seems so important to society and is infact the basis of ones wisdom and understanding of all that is and can be, could have changed well I will provide some fact for you

This is the definition in the Websters 1828 Dictionary of :

ED'UCATEt. [L. educo, educare; e and duco, to lead.] To bring up, as a child; to instruct; to inform and enlighten the understanding; to instill into the mind principles of arts, science, morals, religion and behavior. To educate children well is one of the most important duties of parents and guardians.

and

EDUCA'TION, n. [L. educatio.] The bringing up, as of a child, instruction; formation of manners. Education comprehends all that series of instruction and discipline which is intended to enlighten the understanding, correct the temper, and form the manners and habits of youth, and fit them for usefulness in their future stations. To give children a good education in manners, arts and science, is important; to give them a religious education is indispensable; and an immense responsibility rests on parents and guardians who neglect these duties. That seemed all well and good but I decided to check out 2 more sources just to see how these words that seem so important have evovled and changed

Then to compare I searched dictionary.com

Educate
1. To develop the innate capacities of, especially by schooling or instruction. See Synonyms at teach.
2. To provide with knowledge or training in a particular area or for a particular purpose: decided to educate herself in foreign languages; entered a seminary to be educated for the priesthood.
3.1. To provide with information; inform: a campaign that educated the public about the dangers of smoking.2. To bring to an understanding or acceptance: hoped to educate the voters to the need for increased spending on public schools.
4. To stimulate or develop the mental or moral growth of.
5. To develop or refine (one's taste or appreciation, for example).

v. intr.To teach or instruct a person or group

educationn 1: the activities of educating or instructing or teaching; activities that impart knowledge or skill; "he received no formal education"; "our instruction was carefully programmed"; "good teaching is seldom rewarded" [syn: instruction, teaching, pedagogy, educational activity]
2: knowledge acquired by learning and instruction; "it was clear that he had a very broad education"
3: the gradual process of acquiring knowledge; "education is a preparation for life"; "a girl's education was less important than a boy's"
4: the profession of teaching (especially at a school or college or university)
5: the result of good upbringing (especially knowledge of correct social behavior); "a woman of breeding and refinement" [syn: training, breeding]
6: the United States federal department that administers all federal programs dealing with education (including federal aid to educational institutions and students); created 1979 [syn: Department of Education, Education Department, Education]

It's interesting how words can change or evolve in accordance to our current circumstances.

Today this is how websters dictionary defines education :
Merriam Websters Dictionary

1 a : the action or process of educating or of being educated; also : a stage of such a process b : the knowledge and development resulting from an educational process

Main Entry: ed·u·catePronunciation: 'e-j&-"kAtFunction: verbInflected Form(s): -cat·ed; -cat·ingEtymology: Middle English, to rear, from Latin educatus, past participle of educare to rear, educate, from educere to lead forth -- more at EDUCEtransitive senses

2 a : to develop mentally, morally, or aesthetically especially by instruction b : to provide with information : INFORM
3 : to persuade or condition to feel, believe, or act in a desired way intransitive senses : to educate a person or thing

Is it just me that feel *jipped* here,, do you think that we could be so much better if only we understood the English language better?? I mean the origional writer of the Websters Dictionary was self taugh and well versed in 26 languages,, do you think maybe he knew something that we don't?? Do you think it is possible that this has happened in so many other areas of our lives we the child/the student have thought no we know better than those who have gone before us?? We have lost the value and the wisdom to recognize when others are right and are unable to swallow our pride and point the finger at ourselves.........

Well Chanks I have thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity to write and I hope that you readers are not confused with all I have come up with.

Have a GREAT and GLORIOUS day!!!!!

You deserve a break today at.......psam's

Hey hey hey. Just got back and am happy, raring to go. Egypt was wonderful, thank you! First off. Tara, thanks for the reminder about the standings. I have place the current leaders (top6) on the my profile page.

Here is some trivia for ya....Part one, who is the person, in the smaller photo on the right..... Part two.... I am an island nation. Captured about 1500 by the Spanish, but they haven't ruled me since the 1600s. Seventy thousand plus live here and we only have one airport. Our flag is red, yellow, and blue, and we are known to be friendly.

Now lets cut Psam a little slack. Okay, granted he was a bit hard to follow, but I think it was made up by his passion! It is a hard thing to come in cold and to perform. Thanks psam it was appreciated. Nice topic too. We will no doubt see this subject again, as the alleged gospel of Judas Iscariot has been uncovered. Has it?

Failure. I can't take the credit, I found it surfing one nite and liked it. I was surprised. Try some others. Like say colours. Yellow, yes you guessed it. Green, yeah another organization. Red. Well you gotta know linux for that... try some. What does dishonest come up with... oh man, not again. I liked purple though, and the comment about the squirrel, at the bottom of the page. What did you find?

This will be a light one, as I ease myself back into normal life again.....

Chanks.

The First Commandment

Exodus 20:2
"You shall have no other gods before me"
What does this mean? First off, let me just state that as an agnostic person, I do not take it for granted that there is anything about the nature of God or afterlife or spirits or souls that anyone can know for sure. However, another aspect of my agnosticism is that I am capable of accepting for the benefit of discussion that something is true and then form conclusions based on the assumption that it is true. So let's just assume for a second that I believe God spoke those words to Moses and told him to make sure all people knew that this was commanded of them.
It follows from the fact that God is asking us not to have any other gods before Him that there is indeed more than one god. Otherwise, there would be no point for Him to ask this of us. So if you are going to take the word of the Bible as undeniable truth, then you should of course believe that there is more than one god. God Himself has asked you to do this and to have none of the other ones before Him. He hasn't stated that He believes the other gods are His enemies or that He despises them or anything like that, no, but He has asked us to listen to Him before we listen to them. This is certainly a reasonable request. Many people ask that of each other. Parents ask their children to do what they tell them to do even if somebody else has told them to do something else, and it's worth noting that sometimes a child is misled by his or her parents into making the same mistake that they do, simply because they will not allow him or her to disobey them, and inevitably in time the child comes to believe he or she is indeed doing the right thing (whether it's which religion to choose or how to peel carrots) even though there may be another way that might be much simpler and give better results.
Another result of my agnosticism is that I appreciate and enjoy all religions I come across, which is a personal decision because I've been lucky enough to meet many good people who belonged to many different religions. I believe that fighting and discension between different religions is one of the most destructive forces in the world, and I wish they could all appreciate each other as I appreciate them. So let's take God and Allah for instance. Are they different gods or are they the same Being speaking in a different name to different people who have different needs and therefore need different guidance presented to them so they can pursue happy lives? Well as an agnostic I must assume that both possibilities are likely. So when God speaks to people who follow the Bible and tells them to have no other gods before Him, He is not telling them that any other people in the world that DO have other gods before Him will be punished, or are wrong, He is simply telling them that their lives will be happier for having listened to Him, and they'd be wise to take His word very seriously. He's not even telling them that they should try to convince other people to follow this commandment. He's only speaking to the ones to whom it is relevant, which are the people for whom the Bible is their strongest source of wisdom in their lives.
Any person who pursues the work that God asks of them is usually a person from whom you can gain much wisdom and guidance in giving your soul a happy eternal existence. However, as soon as they say anything to you that implies that you shall be punished for taking someone else's word before theirs, they have taken all the work they have done to give you spiritual guidance and rendered it ineffective, temporarily. The one person who can truly give you guidance spiritually is yourself. When you listen to others, you learn to guide yourself more effectively.
There are two options in the immediate future: world peace or world destruction. We've gone as far as we can with this planet (which God seems to have made with great care and love and ingenuity). We've filled it up with people, and then we've gone on to get so presumptious as to think we somehow have more importance than the other life forms on it. Now with these two options ahead of us, we must realize that world peace cannot happen until religious tolerance does. If you wish to see this planet and all the people on it continue to flourish and remove some of the tragedy from their lives and live happier ones, then your only choice is to treat any person's beliefs with great appreciation and respect. Seek out the opinions of people with different beliefs than yours and pay them gratitude for sharing them with you. Do not accept the words of a person who claims that he or she hates others and wants them to be punished or destroyed. The fact that there have been people in history who have claimed that their devotion to Jesus Christ has made them to wish to harm others has discredited some of Jesus' words in my mind, but nonetheless, I have a hard time believing that a guy that said "Love your enemies" wasn't extremely wise, so even for an agnostic I still have great respect for him. It might be even better advice to people to say "Accept that one day the people you currently perceive to be enemies will be friends".
I thank you for reading all these words. It causes me great distress to consider the possibility that we will let the destruction of this planet continue, and I believe that convincing people to learn religious tolerance is essential, so writing this down is all I know how to do to try and prevent the tragedies that constantly make me very sad. For every person that has read this, I feel one step closer to seeing the goal of religious tolerance realized, so the time you have taken is a personal favour on your part to the world at large, and you should be commended for it. I look forward to your comments.

YEW ARE BEE-ING rolexed; citizen.

Ant we begin,
Well the old question goes like this... If you aren't doing anything wrong then what are you worried about? We just want to come into your house and look. Seriously though, what is the matter. Are you a criminal? What do you have to hide? Look, listen, if you are an honest person whats the matter. We are only doing this for your safety. Do you want to be protected or not? You must be feeling guilty about something then.

You get the picture. Capiche? Capiche.

Now, as AV (the second)--{ or is that AVII } noticed, when you put cookies google or google cookies in, you are directed to google watch. Now I have to say, there is a slight indication at the beginning that the site is a bit of a worry. I don't like to see any slants (slightly racist) against Jews, or any culture for that matter. Maybe I have misunderstood, but that first impression is that you will have to take anything this site says with more than a couple of grains of salt..... and 2 dashes of pepper. The flavour is a bit off.

Now the concern is this. I do not believe, ever, that big brother is watching us. I have heard quite a few, such as big box retailers putting microchips in products so they can track them to your home. Police being able to watch and track your movements etc. etc. Now since I have been exposed, somewhat, to that side of the coin, I can tell you. It doesn't happen. Why? Well simply this. If a country cannot even afford to give you quality medical care, schools, or pristine roads, then they simply can't afford to watch mister joe sixpack buy groceries and eat food at McDonalds. Trust me as I lull you into a false sense of security, nobody cares that you ate 2 Krispy Kremes and washed it down with a diet coke. Butt. This is a big butt two tho. If a company, like say google, stored all of your internet surfing for years, and you were implicated in a scandal.... draw the picture yourself. Anyone with that data would know a bit about you...... which of course would be inadmissable in court, but they could have enough to smear with in the press.

Are you concerned? Should you?
I'm watching you, every breath you take, every move you make.....every thought you think....
tik, tik, tik, YOU ARE BEING WATCHed. Heh heh heh. Paranoids need not apply. LOL.
( and don't comment, it is being tracked too )

Now as another matter, I will be extremely busy for the rest of the week. So my mother may be filling in. Enjoy.

Kilimanjero ooodles of googles

Google vs Microsoft vs Yahoo.

I received a message from tara, last month. In it, the phrase, " Google is my friend " jumped out and bit me. According to reports, 4 out of every 10 internet searches or 42% of every search in the US belong to Google. Who do you use? Personally I use all three. Yahoo, for sports. Google for any searches. Microsoft.... not much. Google, issuing more stock has realized over 2 billion dollars. Thats B as in Big Bucks. Needless to say there is a battle of epic proportions happening; right now. Can you name me the CEO's of the big 3 companies here. I will help you with the first one.... Billy Gates is Microsoft...... oh, and which search engine did you use to find out this data?

I read last night on BBC dot com, an excellent site by the way, that police are nearly able to figure out what kind of habits a person has, by their fingerprint. This will open up new avenues, I think, for crime fighting. Kind of gives new meaning to mommy saying not to leave your fingerprints on the windows.

Finally, the big, belting, kahuna. I have to thank you introducing me to new perspectives into certain sculptures. I cannot even look at it now without laughing. That must be one big massive movement, by B. I wonder if this has any relation to BB?

Zanzibar, is being haunted by ghosts. Now this exotic sounding place is in, yes, Afrika... or more specifically in Tanzania. This desperately poor county boasts the continents largest mountain peak, in Mt Kilimanjero, and the worlds second largest fresh water lake, in Lake Victoria. Lake Tankanyika, is the worlds second deepest. And now ghosts. Sounds like a great tourist destination. It seems the government has employed these ghosts. They collect a paycheck, but don't show up to work. Good if you can get it. A task force has been set up to investigate this fraud.
